What to Expect
You can expect a structured yet informal atmosphere designed to promote genuine connection and meaningful interactions.
We will start with exercises designed to foster connection within the group, and then move into a guided meditation to ground us deeply and connect us with some of the hidden parts of ourselves.
We will then break out into smaller groups for a series of Authentic Relating 'Games' ~ a structured set of speaking, listening and responding prompts designed to powerfully bring us together.
It is often said that you may feel like you've entered the evening with a room full of strangers, but leave feeling like you've created lifelong friends.
What is Authentic Relating?
Authentic Relating practices are centered around genuine connection and communication, fostering deep understanding and empathy within relationships. Authentic Relating involves the willingness to be vulnerable, transparent, and honest in expressing thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while also actively listening and empathizing with others.
Authentic Relating encourages individuals to engage in self-expression without fear of judgment or rejection, creating a safe space for mutual exploration and growth.
Authentic Relating offers tools that empower all of us to embody our full selves. Through practices such as sharing personal stories, active listening, and empathetic reflection, authentic relating cultivates intimacy and trust, and authenticity in interpersonal interactions, leading to deeper connections and richer relationships.

I first encountered Authentic Relating practices in 2019 and was immediately enamored with the powerful beauty contained in these simple, structured ways of communicating. Since that time I have surrounded myself with authentic relating and radical intimacy modalities with COR Experience, The Mankind Project, HAI Global, and the Awareness Institute. In addition I completed ART International's Authentic Leadership Program.
Beyond Authentic Relating, my life purpose is to support your journey towards self awareness via Akashic Readings, Mediumship Sessions, Shadow Healing work and spiritual mentorship. More of my offerings can be found at www.naturalheartalchemy.com

Hello there! My name is Emma and I am a multi-passionate creator of transformational experiences—my journey of self-discovery started at the age of 16, at an all-girls therapeutic boarding school in West Virginia. My developed passion for leadership, integrity, and community contribution has been a guiding force behind my desire to facilitate, teach, and always be learning! I am a certified Dialogue facilitator and Feminine Leadership guide.
I mentor private clients, facilitate feminine embodiment workshops, DJ professionally and for joy, volunteer at the local Wildlife center, and am overjoyed to be involved in hosting Authentic Relating circles!
